Digital downloads are generally made available immediately after successful payment and completion of the order. Where the relevant product is configured for immediate delivery, a download link or access mechanism will be made available at checkout and/or included in the order confirmation email. In some circumstances, delivery may be delayed for technical, security, fraud-prevention, payment-verification or other legitimate reasons. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address and other contact information supplied to UOLLB are accurate and that you are able to receive emails from us. You should also check your spam, junk, promotions or other filtered folders if you do not receive your order confirmation promptly. UOLLB is not responsible for delivery problems caused solely by an incorrect email address supplied by you, a full or inaccessible mailbox, your email provider blocking our communications, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. This does not affect any statutory rights or remedies that may apply where UOLLB has failed to supply the digital product as required by law.

The completion of payment does not authorise UOLLB to disregard any applicable consumer rights. Where a transaction is subject to mandatory consumer protection legislation, including legislation governing digital content, UOLLB will provide the applicable statutory rights and remedies in addition to any contractual rights described in this policy.

2. Access and Usage

The download link provided in your order confirmation email will direct you to the file or files included in the digital product purchased. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, the download link will remain active for 1000 days from the date of purchase. After this period, the link may expire and may no longer provide access to the download.

The expiry of a download link does not, by itself, remove or limit any mandatory statutory right or remedy that you may have under applicable law. If you experience a legitimate problem accessing a product you purchased, please contact our customer support team so that we can investigate the issue and, where appropriate, restore access or provide another suitable solution.

Each purchase may allow you to download the relevant file or files a maximum of 3 times. This limit is intended to protect UOLLB's digital products against unauthorised sharing, redistribution, excessive automated downloading and other misuse. The download limit is an access-management measure and is not intended to prevent you from exercising any statutory consumer right.

If you accidentally reach the download limit, experience a failed or incomplete download, experience a technical problem, change or lose access to a device, or otherwise require reasonable assistance in accessing a product you have legitimately purchased, please contact our customer support team. UOLLB may review the relevant order and, where appropriate, restore or extend access at its discretion or where required by applicable law.

UOLLB reserves the right to investigate unusual download activity, repeated downloads, automated downloading, suspected account sharing, unauthorised distribution, piracy or other activity that reasonably indicates misuse of our digital products. Where necessary, we may temporarily restrict access while an investigation is undertaken. Any such measures will be applied subject to applicable law and will not be used to unlawfully deprive a consumer of mandatory statutory rights.

All digital products are provided in the PDF format specified on the relevant product page unless another format is expressly stated. The product description will identify the principal characteristics of the digital product, including its format and other material information reasonably necessary for you to understand what you are purchasing.

If your download link has expired, your download limit has been reached or your access has otherwise been restricted, please contact us rather than attempting to circumvent the access controls. We may review the order and relevant circumstances and, where appropriate, provide a replacement link, additional download opportunity, alternative method of access or other reasonable assistance.

If a digital product is defective, corrupted, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to conform to applicable statutory requirements, UOLLB will provide the applicable remedy required by law. Depending on the circumstances and applicable jurisdiction, this may include repair or replacement, restoration of access, a price reduction, refund or another statutory remedy.

UOLLB will not use its customer-support procedures to improperly prevent or discourage customers from exercising statutory consumer rights. Any internal download restrictions, support procedures or technical access controls remain subject to applicable consumer-protection law.

4. Additional Information

We recommend downloading your purchased digital products promptly and storing a secure backup copy for your personal use. This helps ensure that you can continue to access your files if a download link expires, your device changes, or you subsequently experience technical difficulties.

The expiry of a download link after the stated access period does not mean that UOLLB has permanently deleted the product from its systems or that UOLLB is unable to provide assistance. Where reasonably possible, we may be able to restore access following an appropriate request, subject to verification of the relevant order and any applicable legal, security or account restrictions.

Before purchasing, please ensure that your device and software are compatible with the PDF format or other file format specified on the relevant product page. The file format, principal characteristics and other material information concerning each digital product will be provided on the relevant product page before purchase. If you have any questions regarding compatibility, product specifications or access requirements, please contact our customer support team before making a purchase.

UOLLB does not ordinarily provide physical shipping, postal delivery, courier delivery or physical copies of digital products purchased through the Site. Any reference to "shipping", "delivery" or similar terminology in relation to UOLLB digital products refers to electronic delivery or access unless a particular product expressly states otherwise.

No shipping charge will ordinarily apply to a purely digital product because no physical shipment is required. If any additional charge applies to a particular product, that charge will be disclosed to you before you complete your purchase.
