SQE2 FLK Topics

The SQE2 assesses your practical legal skills and application of knowledge in realistic client-based scenarios. The focus is on demonstrating the skills expected of a newly qualified solicitor, including ethical awareness and professional conduct. You need to make use of your functioning legal knowledge across a wide range of legal and procedural topics. However, the legal system of England and Wales, constitutional and administrative law and EU law, legal services (apart from money laundering and financial services) and solicitors’ accounts are not examined in SQE2.
