UOL Trusts Law

Trusts Law is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles and intricacies of trusts within the legal framework. 20. Supervision of Trustees

The supervision of trustees is critical to ensure accountability. Students explore the mechanisms through which trustees are supervised, including the role of the court, the office of the Public Trustee, and the powers of beneficiaries.


21. Breach of Trust

Breach of trust is a serious legal issue. Students examine the legal consequences of a breach of trust, the remedies available to beneficiaries, and the principles that guide the court in addressing breaches.


22. Breach of Fiduciary Duty

23. Tracing
